SSLV wasn't delayed. After the 1st stage static test, ISRO officially mentioned that the 1st launch will be in May. Only the news paper articles claimed that launch will be in March end.

My university (Hyderabad Central University) was ~2500 acres.

I have strong feeling that tn govt will ditch isro after long investment by isro nothing should be finalized before 90% land acquisition
