Those are vector control thrusters. No boosters. Core Alone CA configuration. For 600 kg QL is overkill.

Interestingly, as far as I remember, ISRO never used such logo in any of the satellite or mission. They could have used there own logo instead. This logo also doesn't corraborate with GSI or any other beneficiary of the Satellite.

So in a sense, doubt of @Prayash do hold some ground here.

Largest liquid Hydrogen storage tank flagged off
CHITTOOR: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Secretary, DOS & Chairman, Dr. K Sivan, flagged off the shipment of India’s largest liquid Hydrogen storage tank at VRV Asia Pacific production plant at Sri City in Chittoor district on Wednesday. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sivan congratulated the VRV and other teams for indigenously realising such an advanced version of the liquid hydrogen storage tank. “I consider this as only a beginning for our cooperation, and suggest to VRV to come forward to undertake the fabrication works of onboard tanks of rockets,” he said.

ISRO's new commercial arm NewSpace India officially inaugurated

Isro chairman K Sivan inaugurating NewSpace India in Bengaluru
NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), the commercial arm of Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro), was officially inaugurated in Bengaluru on Thursday. NSIL's main objective is to scale up industry participation in Indian space programmes.
NSIL was inaugurated by Isro's honorary adviser, Dr K Kasturirangan in the presence of chairman Dr K Sivan.
NSIL was incorporated on March 6 2019, for commercially utilising research and development activities carried out by ISRO in the area of space with an authorised share capital of Rs 100 crore and initial paid up capital of Rs 10 crore.
NSIL will act as an aggregator for all space related activities in industry and develop private entrepreneurship in space related technologies.
Specifically, it will be responsible for manufacturing the and production of Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV) and Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) through technology transfer mechanisms. It will also cater to emerging global commercial SSLV market demand, providing satellite building and satellite-based services, including supply of sub-systems for various domestic and international application needs and will enable space technology spin-offs through Indian industry interface.
NSIL would soon be organising an interaction workshop with industry in Bengaluru, wherein it would seek industry’s feedback as well as their expression of interest to take a newer and larger share of work with ISRO.

RISAT-2B: Radial Rib Antenna
Radial Rib antenna (RRA) is a world class technology demonstrated in-orbit today at 2:20 pm IST in the RISAT-2B spacecraft. This 3.6 metre antenna was folded & stowed during launch and later successfully unfurled & deployed in-orbit. The deployment was completed in 7 mins and 20 seconds.

Development of light weight structure, hinge mechanism, design of newer mesh, actuators etc., were some of the challenges involved in the realisation of this antenna. All such key technological elements require very high level of expertise in handling space based antenna system, excellent workmanship and building redundancy apart from managing the deployment in-orbit.

This antenna was realised indigenously by ISRO team in a record time of 13 months. Alternate import option would have taken about 3-4 years. Successful deployment of RRA in RISAT-2B establishes the combination of all skills mastered by ISRO indigenously.

DoS annual report 2018-19 is out

(Please check attachment; PDF)
https://www.isro.gov.in/sites/default/files/annualreport2018-19.pdf

Interesting bits:

Space Docking Experiment (SPADEX): This project will develop and demonstrate the technologies needed for docking two spacecraft (Chaser & Target) and to control one spacecraft from the Attitude Control System of other spacecraft in the docked condition. Subsequent to docking, the Chaser and Target will be separated so that they would carry-out their designated experiments with payloads. This technology will be a forerunner to future planetary missions including crew transfer, international participation etc.

Semi-Cryogenic Project: The semi-cryogenic Project envisages the design and development of a 2000 kN semi-cryogenic engine for a future heavy-lift Launch Vehicle. The semi-cryogenic engine uses a combination of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) and ISROSENE (propellant-grade kerosene), which are eco-friendly and cost-effective propellants. Autonomous Film Cooling (AFC) assembly for thrust chamber, brazing process technology for lift-off seal in main turbo pump, multi-layer coating of nickel, silver and copper over SS (06X15H6M) for thrust chamber components, ultra high strength fasteners and PCTFE coating for V-type turbo pump were developed. The engine component fabrication is in progress.

Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC): A new center namely Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC) is created within ISRO/DOS with the responsibility to act as the lead center for Human Space Flight Program. This center will be responsible for the execution of Gaganyaan program that involves R&D in new domains of Space Science and Technology.Besides, HSFC shall focus on the development of the engineering systems related to the orbitor module, the human centric technology domains of bio-astronautics, crew training and life support, basic and applied space sciences, human and robotical space exploration etc. In addition, HSFC shall also play the role of a technology aggregator to bring together the national expertise in diverse disciplines for multi directional growth and capacity.

Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV-TD): The development of Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV) - Orbital Re-entry Experiment has been taken up by ISRO. The development envisages launch of a winged body Orbital Re-entry Vehicle (ORV) to a low earth orbit using an ascent vehicle and demonstration of re-entry of the ORV and autonomous landing on a runway.

GSLV Mk III hitting 4000 kg capacity and we have "ISRO Council" as a new addition in organization's tree structure.

Apart from future IRNSS/NavIC missions there is mention of steps being taken to introduce NavIC chip on mobile phones.
