I am fine if some women chose suicide. I respect their personal choice.. But, it was not all consensual.. Some where forced as well.. What I am not fine with is the mentality of many in the Hindu right,to glorify these episodes of suicide and even murder..

There is a battle recounted by Babar in his Diary: Babarnama, where Babar attacks a fort held by the Rajputs.. Rajputs on the verge of defeat, kill all their women by sword, before going to their final battle.. Now, I admire their courage, but am not OK with their killing of their women folk..

Can you point us to any cases where women had to commit suicide in large numbers when the invading army was Hindu?

There is a huge possibility that entire middle east may go up in smokes dragging SA, Iran etc etc into a direct conflict. Already things are looking bleak in Europe because of Ukraine and Russia war, now Chinese are planning to Invade Taiwan, North Korea has now closely aligned with Russians. The African states have close come closer to a multi country war involving EU, US, Russia and China. Pakis and Taliban are going at each other for some time. It's only a matter of time before South America also explodes. All of these conflicts, coupled with high inflation everywhere, along with lack of jobs and terrible food and economic situation. It looks like a collective madness is gripping the world rn. Is there anyone behind this or its just chaos manifesting itself? Doesn't it look like its only a matter of time before the entire world goes up in flames?

world has been in unchartered territory since covid, many things have happened that were not supposed to happen in this century. every one is just guessing what happens next.

+ hamas has extensive tunnels under gaza , used to have tunnels into israel . large troop/equipment movement is probably hard to detect .

try to wipe out hamas with air strikes wont work either . they will go underground .

US already engaged in Europe, if Middle East situation escalates, US may get involved there as well, nice situation for china to have a shot at Taiwan

It's not that simple, from whatever I have seen from videos or I could find, it seems that Israel's borders are not like Indian borders which are manned permanently they seem to be relying more on technology then human resources as they have less people.
And on top of that it was holiday so that's why they could not respond to sudden human waves which they never would have taken into calculation as they may have been complacent thinking of the detarance they have created would hold and keep them from coming in Israel like that.
