"Afraid" of oil prices in an election year and afraid of crisis spreading to the entire middle east with two wars already underway and another on the horizon in the far east. Israel bombed the Iranian embassy, killed 7 high ranking members of IRGC and their intelligence, inturn Iranian fired over 300 drones and missiles that killed nobody and did very little damage. I don't see what Israel gains by restarting another round with Iran while the legitimate target should be their proxies to the north and the south.
