Nothing special about it, cruise missiles as prey especially subsonic are in the realm of modern fighters for a long while now. Those drones are shot in the dark as they are too far from Israel....easily tracked and a reaction be put in place. Mullah's have nothing against that long range that are not on their border but ones in Qatar and across their borders are in range though.

A big win for Iran. Destroying 2 Isreali air bases with only like 7 of Iran's most advanced missiles. The rest was to saturate Israel's air defence system.

Iran showed the world how vulnerable Israel is.

Iran has no legitimate quarrel with Israel. Until 1979 both countries were quite friendly. After their revolution they started their one sided enmity with Israel through Hezbollah and other proxies, when Israel said and did nothing to Iran. They have constantly been escalating against Israel for no rational reason, just to get street cred with sunnis who will hate them regardless.

This whole mess wouldn't be possible without Iran and Qatar through their proxies and funding, against a country that didn't threaten them.
