Israel will respond..But, the concern for Israel is Israel couldn't stop the ballistic missiles which hit the Nevatim airbase from which the F-35s that struck the Iranian consulate took off..The drones and cruise missiles are a screen to attrit US and Israeli SAM missiles..

Dude airbases are spread across many many acres. Israel even pick and choose Hamas rockets if they are hitting residential area or not , so most probably inconsequential missiles were not intercepted to save the AD battery .

Negev Airbase back up again, after being hit by Iranian missiles .. Same was observed after US hit Syrian airbase with 70 cruise missiles during Trump admin.. Syrian Air force was operating again by the end of the day..Unless you hit a lot of planes, you cannot stop an airbase from operating..



But, Iran seems to have been trying to hit something underground in Negev, with missiles with terminal boosters.. What happened and whether it succeeded Noone will know

You know what's happening to Ukraine now.. Russian missiles are having a field day after Ukranian Soviet origin and NATO origin SAM missiles are all exhausted.. What if the same thing plays out here.. US and Israel spent hundreds of millions of dollars last night intercepting these cheap Iranian cruise missiles and drones..

French Baggett Frigate is running home after exhausting its arsenal against houthis .What if same thing happens to Israeli AD in a long attrition war against Iran and Hezbollah?

Which country is more suited for WW2 style Industrial warfare, and not gold plated boutique weaponry is what matters if there is a long war .. Israel may still come out on top, but going by Iranian supplies to Russia and Houthis they have ten thousand of these cheap drones and cruise missiles

Not true. Russia had advantage of having battlefield in its vicinity. Iran does not. For Russia low range Lancet were more efficient than Iranian moped.

Cheap iron dome 30k missile can bang whatever slow moped drones Iran sent.
Only expensive ballistic missiles were real threat and they were also dealt very efficiently.
I would even go on to say that it was Iran who had to spend more on this skrimish.

Yes Long range cruise missiles dont come cheap.. But, Iron dome is not for intercepting cruise missiles.. and more for rockets and shells..

Saaars, it’s true that iran is mullah and anti hindu but they have some temporary common economic interests. They also have piggistan and can be used as a second china on the border. that way we can get piggistan in a 2 front war.

The same is true for the USA/ISRAEL, they want to make india a purchasing pet. Think second israel. Sure, we will get top notch weaponry but at a large cost. And we probably won’t get missiles and weaponry on par with waht the israelis get.

The ball is in your court. Ultimately all infia needs to do now is not get into war for 20 more years until the military completed modernization and economy blooms. Then we can talk dismembering pakistan unconventionally.
