Than they'd be just as weak-willed & short-sighted as Indians.

• They can't withdraw troops from Gaza & let Hamas recover.
• They can't rule a Gaza populated by Palestinians without massive insurgency losses.
• They can't send in settlers in their middle (did that once, intifada happened).

They have one & only chance having successfully cleansed Gaza of the whole Palestinian population. If they let them back in, everything would be for nothing. Drive them all in the "safe zone" & move some to spread them evenly over West Bank.

Gaza is empty & ripe for taking.

Atleast they're talking about settlements.

unfortunately… we have to face the ugly truth, now it’s upto PLO to step in, giving Gaza to PLO also doesn’t favor Israel. Some deal has to take place between Israel and Egypt but Egypt would want nothing to do with Gaza.

Mostly outcaste converts like literally the Valmiki caste involved in sanitation activities. Jinnah had his ML officials literally begged them not to quit Paxtan during the partition for you know why & the best part is they believed his BS .

What's more , I once read , a few of them who made the precarious journey to India returned on the calling of their kin coz Jinnahbhai offered them a better deal in life in Paxtan .
