Attacks on red sea and Indian Ocean shipping impacts Chinese logistics costs as well.. Given the sheer volume of goods the Chinese ship to Europe..
Net Net.. although Russia pays some penalty.. given that a large part of oil shipments from Russia is handled by Russia ships to circumvent sanctions.. An increase in attacks on energy shipments to Europe via Red sea (shipments have doubled after EU cut down energy imports from Russia ) will benefit Russia, as already high EU energy costs will further increase..
Iran of course is defending its Hamas proxies.. via increasing the costs of Israel's war on Gaza to the West..

There is no guarantee that only India bound ships will be affected.. Shipping insurance getting costlier, will affect Chinese shipments as well..

I think India should stay neutral. India is one of the first countries that recognized the state of Palestine. Sure, India does buy some military hardware from Israel. But that is not grounds for support Netanyahu's blatant invasion of the state of Palestine.

Man.. how can these people look in the mirror.. Without unlimited munitions and bomb suppliers to Israel, and 2 aircraft carriers stationed off israel to deter Lebanon and Iran.. Israel, would have been facing a much harder situation...
