I think it's not a perfect deal, but realistically the only deal juice will get. The world opinion is slowly turning unfavorable to them with all the liberal breast-beating. Israel is not agreeing to the hostage swap because of an imaginary and elusive potential Palestinian victory. Or All that unwavering resilience, we have seen enough of how quickly that unwavering zeal converts into squeals under pressure. The hostages are the biggest stumbling block in the way of Israeli forces operating freely so the Israelis will salvage whatever of the hostages they can and then move to the next stage.
