Is this true or "sarcasm"? Pakistan doesn't even recognise Israel as a sovereign state, and some unknown twitter account posts a tweet saying that Pakistan is sending weopons to Israel?

If it's true that Pakistan sent Weopons to Israel, such as shells/ammunition, then it will be a moment of international embarrassment for Pakistan which projects itself as a staunch Islamic country. Imagine this.
1. Pakistan is an Islamic country.
2. Pakistan is part of the OIC.
3. The only Muslim country to have denoted nuclear weapons in the history of mankind till now.
4. The second largest member of OIC.
5. Second largest member of OIC in terms of population.
6. Wants to lead the Muslim Ummah, same obsession as Turks.

SENDS WEOPONS AID TO ISRAEL! But one must know this: that Pakistan is a hungry dog, and will go and do "makhan marna" to anyone who will throw it money, I don't know about their current economic condition though. Most likely the tweet is intended as sarcasm. Chances of Aid being sent by Pakistan to Israel is less than 0.1 percent.

There is a chance that Paki shells reached Israel. Pakis don't directly sell these ammunitions to Israel or even to Ukraine for that matter. Pakis have sold more than 900 Million USD worth of ammunition to US+UK in the last year. While we know these shells went to Ukraine, there is a possibility the US routed them to Israel as well.

Wouldn't that be a fun fact if true?
