Finishing HAMAS

What is taking Israel so long to finish the HAMAS in tunnels. They should demonstrate their anti tunnel capability of blocking, sucking the air out or flooding them with water in a portion they have captured. The message will get thru to the others elsewhere in the tunnels. That will force others to surrender or get out.
