I find it mildly amusing when people talk of morality, proportionality, fairness etc in wars. In the entire human history which is full of such violence, in the natural order itself is there such a thing ever? The powerful always win and the resilient always survive. We humans are animals that are extremely tribal and attached to our identity, beliefs that we grow with, so much so we are ready to fight to death for it.

If we had to evaluate morality and mete out fairness, the entire Muslim world would not appreciate that much nor would the West. This tussle would go on till humans reach a spiritual level to rise above the pleasures, ego, differences. This has been answered in very few cultures that we the people of bharat already know (even though we ignore it now)

They just asked Gazan civillians to evacuate North temporarily till they cleanup and seal the tunnels.
Civillians can return once Hamas is wiped from North.
