Israel needs to be careful re: what it does in west bank.
Currently, Israel can do what it is doing in Gaza, because legally, its not an occupier of Gaza ( Israel left Gaza in 2005 or 2007). But Israel is the occupier of west bank. So its legally obligated to not cut off water, electricity, ask for evacuation of the inhabitants etc.
The terrorist supporters will use this clause to sideline israel if israel isnt smart about west bank.
