a couple of weeks have passed since these sequence of events have been triggered by hamas's sacking of israel's border areas, a lot of opinions and analysis has come out on sm and msm. opinions/statements from and on israel are abundant, where as from/on hamas it is limited.

has anyone figured out why hamas started this in the first place?

at regional level, consensus seems to be Israel-saudi ties. but at hamas organisational level, they must be having their own compulsions like finances, waning clout, anticipating irrelevance etc. the question is what could they be, based on available info?
It's literally this.
They are a corrupt orgainzation, the people of Gaza only tolerate them because it keeps the (((Jew))) away, similar to how the Paki awam is forced to deal with their army, because without army, who will keep the hindu kuffars away?

So anyway this thing is necessary to revitalize the average Gazawala's "approval ratings" for hummus govt, get more recruits into hummus, get more outside funding by people impressed by their jihad etc.

Remember, way back in 2007 or so, the Fatah party got booted and Hummus elected, because it was perceived that Fatah was incompetent, corrupt and above all sold out to the jew. Hummus cannot allow such sentiments to foment once again domestically, because there are many other jihadi groups ready to fill in the void.

Root cause is green religion.
It makes them unable to settle for any compromise
They chopped up the country here too because of their greenest peacefulest and bestest mazhub
Arre dost... who are you arguing with... @here2where is well marinated and baked in the weird islamocommie propaganda coming from kaerala's yindellectuals...

He knows very well that because of the promise of a complete wipe out of jews, a final holocaust and statements from the palestine leadership where they said there were happy if jews congregate in Israel for the muslims to wipe out - the Israelis had to create boundaries and keep pushing out their borders..

He also knows to change his tune at the drop of a hat if you apply his logic to Kasimiri Pandits or Uyighurs or Kurds or Yezidis... When the arab Sudanese were ethnically cleansing dark skinned sub-saharan muslims, none of these "voices against muslim persecution" existed..

When these islamo/commies start spouting human rights just know that it is with some ulterior motive. Gengis Khan had a better moral compass than these people..

Edit: "yindellectuals" spelling corrected.

... finding reasons to ethnically cleanse Jews is not very difficult for hummus.... they can always claim deep offense from that incident from history where the profit's donkey slipped and fell on a banana peel thrown by a yehudi...

green religion is reason 1 , reason 2 is Zionism .

Israel has no interest in peace . no peace means they can steal as much land as they want . everyone gets their karma in the end

Military power of whole Arab world + middle east mullah nations is less than Pakistan even. Let us not go by fancy equipments but by their ability to fight. We should be ready to give a crushing defeat to whole Islamic world when time comes. Though this is a fantasy but who knows, things could just detieorate from rosie scenario to doomsday with mullah empire within a year.
They have the will to fight now. In a couple decades they'll also have the arsenal of West at their disposal. The West is becoming Muzzie.

Globally there has been a upheaval in FMCG and basic goods prices in regular economies, post covid and ukraine war. the impact must be even higher in a densely populated micro-economy like gaza.

Combined Arab League that includes even Somalia and shit has a population of 46 crore and a gdp of 3.4 trillion dollars. Views warranted that how would have middle east and north Africa been if it were a single country, views warranted about how would have Europe seen muslim refugees if it were a single political entity, views warranted about how our policy vis a vis muslim world would have been in that case.

Note ~ Salafis, muslim brotherhood and all such organisations have a view that Muslim arabs are a single country.... The gulf monarchs with backing of USA are biggest impediment to that.....

Let us visualise various geopolitical considerations of what if they become a single geopolitical entity.

In my personal view, we can more easily defeat muslims when they are united rather than when they are dispersed.

Arabs won't be a single country.
They are far too dangerous as a single country, so world powers will make sure they never be.

Aside from this there are the massive egos of the constituent country leaders over who will be the "President" of a united Arab nation.

Experiements have take place between Egypt, Syria Iraq when they were under baath party leadership but the strongmen couldn't tolerate each other after a while and this is leaving aside the Gulf sheikhs and their issues.

btw just fyi, our power levels are so high today because we are mostly united, otherwise in pieces we would be weak like Arabs

Goof-ups happen. They also happened with the CIA which has arguably the most resources over any other intelligence agency in the world. That does not mean that agencies do not change.

Indians here forget that Israel was forged from the motto of Jews never ever being hunted down again. Their literal survival is based on the existence of Israel. That means any mistakes by Mossad would be studied and rectified as a top priority.

Israel has a deep state system that we often lament not having in India. This is one of the most ruthlessly efficient systems that cushion their seemingly chaotic democracy. There are established and clear lines that Israeli politicians won't dare cross, lest they end up like their former PM, the late Itzhak Rabin.

Elimination of Israel would equate to extermination of Jews and if you think that such an extreme situation would be allowed to happen just because Muslims are feeling their usually violent self, you are mistaken. While we joke about a Samson Option being nothing more than a myth, a dying civilization that is being hunted down has nothing to lose by unleashing all its nukes against Islamic countries worldwide.

No one would want to push Israel into that siege mode.
Muslims are forgetting that Israel has nukes in their jihadist frenzy, if Israel is getting wiped out they would turn every single Islamic capital along with Mecca/Medina to radioactive ☢ cinders .

W*stern Europe will get minority rule of greens, since in most places except France they are sub 10% of the total population, still the natives behave like sheep, ready for the slaughter.

Y'all nibbiars must read the book Submission by the French author Michel Houllebecq, it depicts the same kind of capitulation to the green powers.

As compared to the native green population here, inspite of being 16% of the pop or 200 million, still need to "put in the hours" with their begums in the hopes of "Jab hum majority me honge o kuffr, tab HUM DEKHENGE"
