The non Muslim World’s sympathies with Israel are natural
Many people around the world, especially outside of predominantly Muslim countries, have expressed their sympathies with Israel.
Throughout history, Jews have faced numerous challenges. From ancient times, such as the Roman era, Jews have often been subjected to persecution. One of the most harrowing episodes in recent history was the Holocaust, where six million Jews tragically lost their lives.
Following these adversities, many Jews sought to return to their historical homeland. Upon their return, they encountered that their homeland has been occupied for greater than a thousand years by Arabs Muslim; who came and conquered the land and made it their home. They gave a reason that this land is holy to them as their Prophet ascended to the heavens from the same spot which is sacred to the Jews.
The arrival of Jews back to this land a hundred years back created a geopolitical situation which is unsolvable by any means. Although, it is worth noting that Jews have only one home to settle yet the Muslim Arabs have a dozen countries in and around the same area to resettle. But they insist upon staying at the same place and fight it out with the Jews.
There's no denying that many Jews have found refuge in countries like the United States. However, for many, Israel represents a homeland and a place of safety after centuries of displacement.
Hence, non Muslim world sympathies with Jews is natural.
