My hunch is that Northern Gaza, which is getting emptied out now, will most likely be occupied by the IDF for a long time, so they will definitely bomb it to rubble but may not reduce it to Hiroshima/Dresden level. After 10-15 years or so whatever's left will be demolished and they'll start building new kibbutz or settlements. Kinda similar to how Israel acquired Golan heights from Syria.
