Look I'm not in US, so I dont care. To be fair, in the process of Supreme Court judges nominations his interventions in Senate Judicial Committee were absolutely outstanding, so if I was a US citizen I'd probably vote for him. But I'm not, so I'm more interested by his positions on International Relations...and on that topic, I'm sorry, I consider him as a rabbid dog who will never be satisfied.
He is one of those people who encourage Islamists in the morning, encourage them to attack countries like India that resist the United States, and one evening they realize that the snake they have encouraged wants to bite them. To hell with them. But when I see an Indian defence forum rejoicing over Graham's comments on Iran, I tell myself that they don't really realize who he is and what he has in store for them.

I would categorize Graham as anti-India.
