India needs to have a GDP of at least $ 8 trillion , food security , energy security, mass surveillance(& action against 0.5 front) and a large MIC (jernails actively promoting indigenous weapons rather than foreign imports) . The last part is hardest to achieve IMO.

What is the gameplan for Hamas here? Naruto run on settlements/bases , pillaging civillians & getting their asses handed to them by IDF , also getting Gaza razed in the process . Something does not feel right about this!

Here's my version of events
They wanted to break through the defences, overrun the posts and capture a sizable portion of South Israel and then hold it as long as possible. They also planned to kidnap civilians because they thought

1. Israel won't bomb Hamas sites since they might kill the hostages
2. It will stall Israelis counter attack
3. It will give Hamas another bargaining chip beside the land they will capture
4. The world will force Israel to do hostage negotiations instead of retaliation
5. Ummah will raise the issue of Palestinian state again and warn the world see what happens when you deny people their rights

The problem was there weren't many who had the training or the aptitude to carry out such operation. They had at max 100 strong. Also, the merch needed for this was also limited.

So they recruited as many able bodied men as possible, gave them basic training and assigned them the task to go berserk inside Israel. Hamas used hoards of these cannon fodders to break through, create havoc so that their special teams can capture Vital areas, take hostage and kill IDF personnels who rushed towards the border.

For analogy, imagine a necromancer unleashing hoards of undead into the city as diversion so that he can carry out his real mission.
