Look, the outside enemy has funding, nukes, massive resources, massive capital, etc etc. They are a organized gang. Imho, we should eliminate the organized gang first before going after their brethren supporters here. A random Jihadi can behead one or two. Or cause riots here and there. But a Paki ISI trained jihadi ya MSS trained Naxali can make IEDs, create Terror groups, learn bomb making, have hideouts, stable source of funding to cause terror 100x more than a random Jihadi mindset guy alone can do. So that's my take on this. Outside enemy need to be sorted out first. Currently, we are doing this with Pakis and thats the resson we arent seeing Bomb blasts like UPA era. Soon China, US, Europe will join the list. That's my opinion on this.

India needs to have a GDP of at least $ 8 trillion , food security , energy security, mass surveillance(& action against 0.5 front) and a large MIC (jernails actively promoting indigenous weapons rather than foreign imports) . The last part is hardest to achieve IMO.
