I predict not this decade but in 2030s such consensus to be built against Iran..

There are American hostages which gives US the right to conduct special operations inside Gaza Strip. All sorts of hi-tech equipment will be deployed including drones, robots, bunker busters etc. Forward deployed recon robots are a must now as you cannot go in blind in urban warfare. Running tanks through dense Gaza areas is asking for trouble. This is all predicated on the fact that Hamas are not cowards who can on.y kill non-combatants from afar but have a will to fight.
