Blockade Here means.. Total sea Blockade.. and anything that enters Gaza needs Israeli permission.. What weapons enter are not because Israel "allowed" them..but, because Israel couldn't stop them.. via tunnels.. etc..

Govt. asks hospitals to report a list of casualties during such incidents. Same happened during 9/11 or 26/11 or during bomb blasts.

There is literal war ongoing there but you think Israel would be first thinking to ask each hospital to give them figure on casualtities.
