Either that or those buildings are very poorly built which should not be a surprise. I saw entire multi-story buildings collapse after single strike. What i feel they're going to do is go grid by grid to concentrate them in a smaller area. Then use a tac nuke to finish them at once.

The other strong possibility is that Iron Dome is all but exhausted. They don't want risk their civilians while they do the corralling, but just not use the nuke.
