As far as I know, Indian intelligence still has significant HUMINT capabilities so I would say that they are relatively in a better position.

Even though Secretary of State Blinken says no smoking gun yet but most of Republican senators in the Intelligence committee are claiming this attack as an operation funded and executed by Iran.

Maybe they are preparing for punishing Iran further? Maybe an attack in the plan? Will this pull in Russia and/or China?

yes but it actually performs mostly at much higher altitudes to avoid radar. It is a bomb truck with nuclear capability meant to unload and wipeout everything in a significant range . It has been around since 1950's and used for spying, and long range missions etc..It has been upgraded many times ,it has probably one of the highest load capacity of any bomber in the world.

Stupid irrelevant move to bring in b52, hope it does not fall victim to rocket attack....it is intercontinental and they can fly in from any faraway base...no significance here...
