Jordan, Egypt, Libya, Syria etc are not joining in a coalition to attack Israel, they have their own problems and have seen enough of what Palestinian refugees do to their countries. This is Israel in direct confrontation with Hamas and Hezbollah, Iran and Qatar will provide money and weapons, and the west will counter it. The west's war chest is deep as long as the USD and Euro remains currencies of choice, the world was in far worse turmoil between 70s-90s when US funded or directly fought several wars at the same time. They will not stop funding Ukraine until the last Ukrainian remains fighting Ruskies. The only caveat is the current administration running a captainless ship and open to interference by the worst kind of radical liberals.

The entirety of West won't but the US certainly will if nothing else, it will be in an operation similar to what the Soviets did in 1971 - parking their vessels by the coast, literally daring the opponent to strike all the while supplying Taiwan with weapons and ammo. The kind of hold Taiwan has over semiconductors is just unimaginable and is profitable enough for the Americans to take this risk. Keep in mind that most wars that the US has gotten itself into were as a direct result of economic losses.

Precisely but this isn't happening fast enough. An operation similar to the one used by the Soviets in 1971 isn't unfeasible because the Chinese will be very reluctant to attack the Americans since it would mean declaring war which can quickly devolve into nuclear armageddon. As far as a direct confrontation initiated by the Americans against the Chinese as a result of the latter invading Taiwan is concerned, I think such an event will be highly unlikely.
