That's the thing, culture is a very delicate thing....once you cross some lines of traditions not to do something for buck then it soon invites incompetent people and vultures....just like you see western institutions total bias in any issue like FloydNah Armenia offers nothing to Israel. Their fate was sealed the day russia declined to help them which pretty much was a green light to Azerbaijan and turkey to do their thing.
The defeat of Armenia gave russia the opportunity to station troops their and exert their control after Armenian attempts to shift towards nato.
So when you look at above points it makes absolutele sens edit Israel to provide weapons to a customer who can pay for it.
Infact turkey and Israel despite the rhetoric are quite close due to their similar approach towards Iran.
Geopolitics is quite complex and no one is going to leave a well playing customer during a war.
