Why bother about oslo agreements ? Grand muftis of palestine are on record to celebrate mass murders of jewish children and infants in holocaust.

We can be envious of Israel’s self-confidence & competence but shouldn’t forget that this emerged after 2000yrs of persecution culminating in the Holocaust. Israel is the final stand of the Jewish community I hope India’s path to self-confidence doesn’t have to be so torturous

What the Israel-Palestine conflict deserves from us is close attention and not cheering as there are 2 extremely important lessons to be learnt

1. If you are rich & talented nation, the world will conspire to redefine 'moral principles' and 'international law' just for you

After the 6 day war israel-arab conflict ended. Arabs licked their wounds and retreated and agreed not to wipe israel from the map. Iran continues to hallucinate this thing even today, funnily. Both sides agreed to the 1947 UN mandated split of land

The israel-palestine problem started in the 80s with the intifada when Israel due to religious and political motivations started creating settlements in land previously alloted to the palestinans. Then the oslo agreement came, etc etc... Each time israeli raita wingers broke the agreements and continued to expand the settlements for political and religious gains, giving hamas more reasons to resort to violence and tossing rockets across the walls.

It just so happens a significant number of these are also Zionists and Israel lobbyists whether in US, Canada, UK or the big EU countries.

So no, it's not a question of being "rich and talented".
It is a question of having loyal, competent and wealthy tribesmen worldwide who work for the cause of preserving the tribesmen living upon the newly reconquered homeland.
