Which one is the right theory of ISIS leader's death. Is it the Russian strike, pioson theory or injured lying in hospital.

Keeping him alive gives relevance and importance to the fight against ISIS. Once he is dead, people will think ISIS is finished and there is no need for US involvement in the region. US of course does not want that to happen.

I personally feel that for US, keeping Baghdadi alive for a couple of years is crucial.

With reference to Indian history such characters have multiple lookalikes....so unless there is any concrete claim backed by authentic evidence it is wiser to stay alert i feel .

It was reported that Baghdadi was killed during the fighting with the Iraq forces who recently took back Mosul in Iraq from the Islamic State. Last month, it was the Russians who said that one of their missiles may have killed the mysterious ISIS chief. The Russians however quickly added a few days later that the evidence of his death was not forthcoming.
