The original heading was too sensational

India's premiere intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), has in a classified report submitted to the government about a fortnight ago warned that Pakistan's ISI, as part of its new strategy, has started surrounding India from all neighbouring countries -Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and even Burma -by setting up modules for its agents who in turn promote and sponsor subversive activities against India.

"this new trend is extremely significant as Pakistan's dependence on countries like Nepal and Bangladesh for using them to launch anti-India activities is reducing. And instead Pakistan's ISI is looking at expanding its network in Sri Lanka and Burma.'' While warning New Delhi's security topbrass the RAW document states, "while the the ISI has already established a formidable network in both Nepal and Bangladesh it is now focusing on other neighbouring countries of India like Sri Lanka and Burma. This way, the ISI will completely surround India with its agents and can launch them into the country from any where.''

To further strengthen its claims, the intelligence document refers to the recent busting of ISI backed espionage module in Tamil Nadu which was being controlled by Pakistan High Commission in Colombo saying it was part of the same plan.

ISI agents have been deputed in Pakistan High Commissions in all adjoining countries who work as recruiting agents for anti-India activities, the report adds. It further mentions that Amir Zubair Siqqiui, the man behind the Tami Nadu espionage racket, continues to operate from the Pakistan High Commission in Colombo.

Yeah, that is why I always say that an unstable Pakistan is best for India. Idiot aman-ki-asha WKKs don't agree of course... but frankly, if Pakis had not been such a pathetic state today, they would have definitely revived Khalistan insurgency now. We are hearing noises about Punjab militancy again, in Canada and Australia and UK, and Punjab would have been burning today, had the Pakis been in decent shape.

Till India gets really massively rich and powerful, Pakistan needs to be kept simmering and boiling. Constantly, with no respite.

As long as Pakis support terrorism it is a given than they'll remain in this mess for it is their own creation. The reason they are in a pathetic state today is cause they support/export terror. All India needs to do is protect its citizens from these Paki terrorists, which i think they should improve on.

as on now pakistan is surrounded outside and filled within inside by a lot of terror modules & they are now trying to surround india rather than covering their nation:rofl:
can't even say how many years paki govt can support their own needs let alone ISI mediated activities

on topic: ISI activities in srilanka is very dangerous on comparision to many other counttries.govt should initiate firm actions to control this at the earliest

Unlike India, most Pakistanis want to serve military or ISI and some to blow job (read Jihadis) related occupation.

The focus on hurting India will only hurt them, the earlier they realise this, the better it is for them.

since when ISI started following RAW foot steps?
ISI has failed in Punjab... failed In Kashmir... failed in NE... failed in Afganistan and failed in protecting its OWN MUSLIMS PAKIS... ISI has killed 40,000 Pakis.

Where as RAW has given some positive results ie. Bangladesh aka former East Pakistan.

Anyway... ISI should keep "surrounding" India while US/NATO/ISAF kill Paki citizens like pigs on streets and its Prez cries of $80 Billion and 40,000 deaths.

We always need disillusioned Pak which is digging its own grave and slowly burying itself. We would put some dirt on it when it has almost buried.

If India continues in its growth trajectory there is nothing Pakistan can do that will hurt India. Just 15-20 years more. May be Pakistan may not last till than.

2001–2002 India–Pakistan standoff - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tensions de-escalated following international diplomatic mediation which resulted in the October 2002 withdrawal of Indian[8] and Pakistani troops[9] from the International Border.

the general's u-turn speech created a chance for western diplomats to descale the tensions

On January 12, 2002, Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf gave a speech intended to reduce tensions with India. He declared that Pakistan would combat extremism on its own soil

But by mid-June, the Indian government accepted Musharraf's pledge to end militant infiltration into India, and on June 10, air restrictions over India were ended and Indian warships removed from Pakistan's coast

of all the nice things you said, do we see any real change on ground in pak border, has infiltration, terrorist training camps, indoctrination, funding ceased ?

and if it was to this end the BJP lead NDA made all the hula-bola, you please go head and enjoy but not me, when my tax money and country's security is mis-managed.
