Information about Tehran's readiness for a war or a limited scale conflict in South Caucasia is getting more and more confirmation.

Yesterday the Iranian ambassador personally met in Yerevan with the ministers of defense and foreign affairs of Armenia. He stated that if the Armenian armed forces are forced to leave the Syunik region bordering Iran and separating Turkey and Nakhichevan from Azerbaijan, the armed forces of the Islamic Republic will begin military operations against Baku.

Tehran has already made a fundamental political decision and is developing plans for a possible military operation.

Iranian attack drones appeared a few kilometers from the border of Azerbaijan.

Six unmanned aerial vehicles from Iran appeared just a few kilometers from the border with Azerbaijan. At the moment, both Tehran and Baku are pulling forces to their borders.

Meanwhile, in response to large-scale military exercises by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the border with Azerbaijan, Turkey is also deploying military equipment to the border with Iran.
Do you think this could escalate into a Turkish-Iranian war? That would be a clusterfck like no other in the region.

Not sure if they're willing to go to those lengths just yet. But judging by the statements and actions of the Iranians, they are definitely getting more and more apprehensive with each day about Israel's machinations in the region. Now that America is disinterested and has taken a step back from there, they are convinced that Israel is planning a different tactic to cripple them. How much of that is paranoia and how much justified concern is anyone's guess.

Interesting. But then again the IRGC are attention-seekers. The US will never downplay such events since their arms corporations would put pressure to start a new war for new weapons contracts. It seems like Turkey and US could jointly take this action.

Why Turkey?

1) It needs an external war to stem Erdogan's sliding popularity
2) It needs an economic revival through boosting arms production
3) Iran is a competitor for Islamic influence - taking them out makes Turkey a king
4) This is the perfect excuse to normalize Turko-American relations that are going downhill
5) Turkey is pushing for more active role in the region to curb Iranian influence & take Arabs under their wing (Qatar, Jordan and Lebanon mainly).

One hypothesis: A Turkish-Persian war would have terrible domestic consequences in Pakistan. It will trigger a bloodbath there as Shias and Sunnis/Sufis will rip each other apart.

India needs to hold IRAN by its balls. First they attack Israeli diplomats in New Delhi, meddles into J&k Affairs and then these Houthis backed by IRGC attack our citizens in a foreign land
Are they Indian citizens though?

If they are not it really does not concern us. Iran is very important in our plans to destabilize pakistan and is one of the sole reasons why BLA is still active in the region.

No point in picking up fights everywhere.

Very likely that they are Indian citizens. ME countries give permanent work permit and visas easily, citizenship hardly.
But yeah, have to be careful who to pick fight with
