Its easier for the Bharat to reach Iran vs Thailand (even Mynamar) ... a point of thought.

Also it is only possible for Pakistan to point nuclear missiles towards Bharat.

Biden's first military action: Facilities used by Iran-backed militia groups bombed in Syria

The United States launched airstrikes in Syria on Thursday, targeting facilities near the Iraqi border used by Iranian-backed militia groups. The Pentagon said the strikes were retaliation for a rocket attack in Iraq earlier this month that killed one civilian contractor and wounded a U.S. service member and other coalition troops.

The airstrike was the first military action undertaken by the Biden administration, which in its first weeks has emphasized its intent to put more focus on the challenges posed by China, even as Mideast threats persist. Biden’s decision to attack in Syria did not appear to signal an intention to widen U.S. military involvement in the region but rather to demonstrate a will to defend U.S. troops in Iraq.

Explosion strikes Israeli-owned ship in Middle East amid tension

The explosion on Friday recalled the summer of 2019, when the U.S. military blamed Iran for suspected attacks on two oil tankers near the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world's most strategic shipping lanes. In the preceding months, the U.S. had attributed a series of suspected attacks to Iran, including the use of limpet mines - designed to be attached magnetically to a ship's hull - to cripple four oil tankers off the nearby Emirati port of Fujairah.

China Is Boldly Supporting Iran's Nuclear Ambitions | Opinion

For decades, China aided Tehran's nuclear weapons ambitions, and the two regimes are now conspiring in plain sight. Their recent announcement of a 25-year "strategic partnership," for example, appears to be an effort to create a bargaining chip for Iran in the ongoing negotiations in Austria.

'Incident' strikes Saudi port of Yanbu in Red Sea

DUBAI: Black smoke rose Tuesday off the Saudi port of Yanbu after an undescribed "incident" in the Red Sea, authorities said, while one private security firm warned of a possible attack on a ship.

Details remained scarce, but the incident comes after a series of attacks on shipping in the wider Mideast region amid a shadow war between Iran and Israel and against the backdrop of ongoing negotiations between Tehran and world powers over Iran's tattered nuclear deal.

Saudi Arabia did not immediately acknowledge the incident, which also comes amid the kingdom's years-long war against Yemen’s Houthi rebels. The Houthis have in the past used bomb-laden drones and explosive-packed boats in attacks targeting the kingdom.
