Neither Islamic Republic of Pakistan nor Islamic Republic of Iran has the Technological, Financial or Industrial Capability to build such a Refinery.

the refinery proposed from Iran side in gwadar is most probably for China.i mean the oil from the refinery will be exported to China as China consumption will remain highest in the world for the next many decades may be even this century

It requires very High Level of Metallurgical Technology, Huge Vessels, Pumps, Compressors, Shells to be made to Precision. You can Manufacture once but Design and Consultancy is only limited to select Countries. Most of the Processes, Designs, Complexity Level Technology is Patented which can only be License Manufactured.

Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Islamic Republic of Iran neither has any Known Record of any Companies with Billions of Dollars in Revenue to perform any of the above tasks.

Iran has been tightly squeezed by US sanctions.. they don't really have much of a choice.

I have said it before and say it again, It's all about pushing you in a block which we wanted you to be in. Its a good news in my view.

Wonder this refinery will cater only China and Pakistan. China may be able to sustain it but will Pakistan be able to pay the price of Iranian oil as it has been getting free and subsidized oil from SA so far.

@Saudi Arabia; @USA; hope you guys watching your ally. :p
