Insas is good in terms of accuracy. You could hit bulls eye from 200 yards even without scope.

On actual topic , how will you supply terrorist with ammo ? We find lot of Pakistani ordinance board ammo with them ,so will you issue 5.8 mm guns to them too ?? And won't that make it more obvious

IDK you have much bigger priorities than rifles.... Funds better used there. India has bigger budget and more funds, we can afford to change rifles based on need.
