Since I doubt MoD is gonna move an inch on the 3rd carrier for now, why not allow our LHD Program to be handled by CSL. It'll atleast keep them busy for the time until momentum to design and construct IAC-II builds up. Just my 2 cents.

I second that, as we have scrapped LHD programme it would be nice to built an LHD based on Vikrant

I dont think American will ever sell LHD and any of their old Carriers.
If a Govt decide to sell then the house will intrude a bill to block the sale.
Below LHD they might think about other ships and vessels.
