No its Viki . And looks like there is some upgrade going on the deck of ship for sure. Look those tiny blue boxes on the flight deck we had seen similar on Vikrant deck on kochi when it was getting built . Some thing is getting done to deck . May be new deck coating .

Can't do anything with that. Even now if you give a follow on order of same size second Vikrant class carrier then again they will take more than 10 yrs despite having all know how and technology to make it.

Something with Indian manufacturing we can get away with.

Ya exactly. Reason why so is because it was design as a proper Carrier where was we know what Vikramaditya was in Soviet Navy.
