Actually it was shared by a friend. So sorry its not clearer than that. Its fuzzy yet conspicuous enough. He shot it from a bus, i think, and had to zoom in to get it as such on his phone... ...Here is a recent one for reference.....

Nah, its right there...

And yeah, looking at it, it seems that the radar panels have been placed inside the housing...but it doesn't look covered...

Navy is planning to make Ins Vishal as CATOBAR carrier with EMALS. Ins Vikrant is a STOBAR carrier. IMO Navy should order second Vikrant class carrier.
