still the best way to go about it and people need to tackle the corruption issue and start seriously fund the municipalities. No other way around it.Municipalities are brutally underfunded for building the kind of cities we are expecting. They barely had even a budget before 2000s. And whatever comes, a significant portion of it is eaten up in corruption AFAIK.
I didn't say it would solve it. I said we can go for these kind of things once we become richer, implying that we have more industries and a bigger economy.A richer India will not magically solve it.
Only pushing Indian industries and settling more population is a solution to Kashmir.
