Nope.. 20 years expiry date doesn't mean the solar panels capacity wanes down to zero. It will still be operable at 70-80%
It droppes to 30-40% at best. That too, we are talking about top quality panels which will be more expensive.

Why doesn't the IR want more dedicated freight corridors? They are money makers for IR if utilized properly.
Government will have to sanction the project when it becomes feasible, as of now Western and Eastern dedicated freight corridors are necessary and then North-South, East-West and Coastal Dedicated Freight Corridor.

They are probably waiting for the current ones to be completed.

The current lines have faced multiple cost overruns amounting to thousands of crores. The smart choice is to first complete the current lines and save the money for some extra expenses that come up along the way.

Once done learn from the previous exercise and plan out the new lines much more effectively.

One must also remember that the new lines will eventually be built using gati Shakti and other important software meaning previous land hurdles will mostly be negated before construction can start and acquisitions will be much more faster.
