Ya'll Nibbiars most large cities in Maharashtra has lines Underground, sewer Underground. Don't knew about other states, even in the Karanatak also the same.

Putting the line through an underground service duct is one thing, but isn't simply burying it like they appear to be doing here problematic? What happens when they need to replace it? If its a service duct, access is easy. If its simply buried, they'll have to dig it up again.
And what happens if the shielding is damaged and a flood happens? Won't it lead to threat of electrocution?
