Exactly what I want.
I envision a policy that if there are 38 districts than an attempt will he made to develop 38 cities that contain 30 to 40% population of the respective district.
Doing so will further trigger development on Tier 4 towns and will reduce rela estate cost all over the state by distributing demand.
It will have both economical and cultural ramifications as more often than not peopel will find healthcare, education and job opportunities without having to relocate 500 kms away from their place of origin.
It will also help us to counter degeneracy spread by the west which is mostly city centric.

Lol its very possible. Indians only have excuses to not enact such policies because of dumbocracy and complete deficiency in planning and law enforcement. Such plans were enacted by both Americans and the chinese. Even no name tier 109212312 chini cities are 10x more developed than the most developed Indian cities. America may be on the decline, but with a few exceptions, even their poorest towns have clean drinkable tap water and all sorts of basic health/education facilities that even today, few Indian cities can boast of.

The footpath example posted above is the perfect example. Indian cities build 1 or 2 token roads that actually resemble a developed city and call it a day. Indian youtubers will then chest thump about these 2 roads that doesnt resemble a 4th world slum and ignore the remaining 99% of roads that resembles sub saharan africa.

Why cant every district just focus on acquiring a 1000 hectare land parcel every year and develop it on the likes of the proposed and failed amaravati. Properly designed grid with roads and footpaths and then sell these plots to property developers. Gautham buddh district is the only one in the entire country that is doing this (1000 hectare every few years)

Create a ranting thread and rant there 24/7, if the government does something, this coomer comes and says he has no hopes from them, if government doesn’t do anything he’ll rant again saying India is doomed to fail.

On odd days he wants industrial estates everywhere, on even days he wants a Singapore and Dubai lookalike everywhere in India, if either of both doesn’t happen overnight, India is a hopeless 4th world sub saharan african shithole.

It’s literally this chew-tea-yeah. He should ask the Indian real estate builders why they build shorter buildings of high BUA and that too away from each other to form dense downtowns instead of crying here.

Couldnt disagree more. This country doesnt get criticized enough. Most problems stem from the complete lack of accountability of our babooze and criminally low expectations from the people. If the people themselves wont expect proper roads, drainage and clean street, why would the politicians do it. Only when important foreigners come, these idiots scramble like clowns to do the very basics

Yes but none of them are as fked up as Indian cities. Even in SEA countries like Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand. They all have deprived areas, but generally main cities have much better cleanliness and roads than 99% of Indian cities.


The roads look like a typical indian city in the first half, yet there is negligible amount of litter/garbage on the street
