The Indian heads believe in not wasting even a 1 meter of space in name of parks, green belts, service lanes, etc. they want to sell off as much land as possible to private builder and leaves out small roads in between.

It is now headache of pvt. builders to use the space who again squeez out as much as possible from the land allotted to them.

There is a big difference in per capita income but that too is closing at a very fast pace GDP per capita of Patna crossed ₹ 1,31,000 in 2019 (at constant price)
