They should fisrt revamp the Suburban Train System of Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.. Increase the ticket pricing, put AFC gates on Stations, Introducte Vestibule Local Trains where one coach is connected with another, and make them AC.. Itna toh pehle kardo..RRTS toh duur ki baat hai
