The NH 716B Chittoor AP to the Thatchoor TN Expressway 116 kms 6 lanes. And Another expwy which silently got going in monsoon,it wil start from Bangalore Chennai expwy at Chittoor and wil link with Chennai Peripheral Ring Road, providing direct connectivity to Ennore and Kattupalli ports.

The Raipur Vizag expressway, 6 lane 464 kms. They finally got hold of land close to Visakhapatnam bypass at Sabbavaram from where the expwy starts.The red line is the only section where work wasnt started in AP. The AP and Odisha is seeing good pace, Chhattisgarh is lagging behind.

Not surprised. Nor it will change in future as authorities are going to put cap on height of buildings in India due to proximity to airports being built all over. So average height of skyscraper is going to decline only.

Exactly. Building one floor ugly flat tops is not an efficient use of space nor building sky high buildings. Building such tall sky scrapers means more electricity is needed for the lifts to function. Getting water to the top floor also requires lot of energy as well. And maintaining those buildings especially window cleaning is not for the faint of heart.

Skyscrapers also isolate people. When you are in such tall buildings moving up and down even with lifts is a pain. Studies have shown that Skyscrapers do not encourage human interaction. There is a sweet spot something like 20-30 floor building built on a wide base which is far more efficient and can accommodate right amount of people in smaller area without congestion. We should avoid building Skyscrapers like China who have simply built as a sign of modernity without any thought how they can sustain them over a decades.
