Ya'll Nibbiars The Central is going to approve the 48 KM Versova Virar Sealink project in a few months. This project is estimated to cost 21,000 crores. The VVSL will cost less than twoce than the cost of the MTHL despite being a almost two and half times longer as the sealink will be much near to the cost unlike the Sweri Navasea Sealink which is in middle of a harbour with much more wind force it has to face. And this would be the longest sea bridge in the world and also the longest road bridge. And it is being implemented by the centre despite the high cost as the part of the Delhi Mumbai expressway projects.
