Many redevelopment projects of slums/flee markets in Delhi but still not sufficient. Due to lack of job creation as all companies prefer setting up shop in neighbouring cities of Delhi instead of Delhi itself the real estate market of Delhi proper is nothing, so redevelopments hardly remain feasible. DDA is the biggest reason Delhi has these urban planning and housing problems.

Problem with massive redevelopment is that our real estate sector still hasn't completely recovered from the 2008 crash.
On top of this you have thousands of half built flats in Noida and nearby areas which were built before RERA. Most developers are either bankrupt or don't have the money. Even GOI doesn't have this kind of money.

Need to somehow invite FDI into this sector. Trillions to be made

Ya'll Nibbiars Sapproji Pallonji Kandivali 150 acres revedlopment 8 200 meters buildings already completed. And currently 8 more are under construction. The master plan includes 150 such buildings in total of various height from 100 Meter to 290 meters.
