The indian nuclear policy of no first use seems to be catered to Pakistan and does not take in contingencies like if China which has overwhelming resources, slightly better conventional tech in much much larger quantity and much more clout globally if not solely because it has became second only to the yanks in importance in the global economy.
what scenerios are no first use policy is relevant?
I think there shouls be more nuisance to India's nuclear policy..of course Pakistan and western nations should be no first use but any attack by China or a two front war by paki sinos should let them know India would use nukes at a drop of a hat if ever compromised?
