India's Rulers and India's National Interest

(Leaders of the Non-Aligned Movement: (L to R) PM Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru of India, Pres. Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana, Pres. Gamal Abdel Nasser of United Arab Rep., Pres. Sukarno of Indonesia, & Pres. Tito of Yugoslavia.)
India

Speaking at the Seventh Non-Aligned Summit in New Delhi in 1983, Indira Gandhi declared:

"Non-alignment is national independence and freedom. It means equality among nations and the 'democratization' of international relations, economic and political. Nationalism does not detach us from our common humanity."¦...Injustice and suffering can and must be diminished." Our world is small but it has room for all of us to live together and to improve the quality of the lives for our peoples in peace and beauty. The destructive power contained in nuclear stockpiles can kill human life, indeed all life, many times over"¦. The arms race continues because of the pursuit of power and desire for one-upmanship, and also because many industries and interests flourish on it"¦. Development, independence, disarmament and peace are closely related. Can there be peace alongside nuclear weapons? Our plans for a better life for each of our peoples depend on world peace and the reversal of the arms race.

India's Rulers and India's National Interest | Global Political Economy
Speech delivered by India's Prime Minester, Shri. Rajiv Gandhi, addressed to the United Nations General Assembly session on June 9, 1988.

"We cannot accept the logic (of NPT) that a few nations, (P5s), have the right to pursue their security by threatening the survival of humankind. It is not only those who live by the nuclear sword who, by design or default, shall one day perish by it. All humanity will perish. Nor is it acceptable that those who possess nuclear weapons (P5s) are freed of all controls while those without nuclear weapons are policed against their production. History is full of such prejudices paraded as iron laws: that men are superior to women; that the white races are superior to the colored; that 'colonialism' is a civilizing mission, that those who possess nuclear weapons are responsible powers and those who do not are not."

"Nuclear deterrence is the ultimate expression of the philosophy of terrorism: holding humanity hostage to the presumed security needs of a few."

INDIA'S NUCLEAR DOCTRINE

In essence, the draft doctrine was based on the following assumptions-

"¢ Nuclear weapons are meant for deterrence. The basic thrust was to deter the use of nuclear weapons and not fight a nuclear war.
"¢ Nuclear weapons are to be used only in retaliation of nuclear attack on India. Therefore the doctrine was purely defensive in nature.
"¢ Nuclear weapons would not be used to deter the threat or use of conventional weapons, biological or chemical weapons.
"¢ Emphasis on 'minimum credible deterrence' would avoid any unnecessary arms race

Flawed global nuclear governing system : SD Pradhan's blog-The Times Of India

In accordance with its policy at the Conference on Disarmament (CD) in February 2008, India formally proposed two multilateral agreements and two global conventions in a detailed framework for nuclear disarmament and laid the seven point agenda:

1. Reduction of the salience of nuclear weapons in security doctrines.
2. Negotiation of an agreement on no-first use of nuclear weapons among nuclear weapons states.
3. Negotiation of a universal and legally binding agreement on non-use of nuclear weapons against non-nuclear weapons states.
4. Negotiation of a convention on the complete prohibition of the use or threat of use of nuclear weapons.
5. Negotiation of a nuclear convention prohibiting development, stockpiling and production of nuclear weapons, moving towards a global, non-discriminatory and verifiable elimination of these weapons.
6. Unequivocal commitment of all nuclear weapons states to reduce risks and dangers arising from the possibility of accidental use of these weapons.
7. Adoption of additional measures by nuclear states to reduce accidental use.

Flawed global nuclear governing system : SD Pradhan's blog-The Times Of India

As of October 2008, China,[1] India[2] and North Korea[3] have publicly declared their commitment to no first use of nuclear weapons.

NATO has repeatedly rejected calls for adopting NFU policy,[4] arguing that preemptive nuclear strike is a key option. In 1993, Russia dropped a pledge given by the former Soviet Union not to use nuclear weapons first
.[5] In 2000, a Russian military doctrine stated that Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons "in response to a large-scale conventional aggression".[6]

The non-aligned world

"Neo-colonialism" became the standard term, describing a type of foreign intervention, because of its practical and historical application to the internal affairs (economic, social, political) of the countries of the Pan-Africanist movement and because of its like usage in the Bandung Conference (Asian–African Conference, 1955), from which derived the Non-Aligned Movement (1961). The formal definition of neo-colonialism was established by the All-African Peoples' Conference (AAPC) and published in the Resolution on Neo-colonialism of the organisation. At the Tunis conference (1960) and at the Cairo conference (1961), the AAPC specifically identified as neo-colonial behaviour, the actions of the French Community of independent states, which was organised by France.[9]

Throughout the decades of the U.S.–U.S.S.R. Cold War (1945–91), the countries of the Non-Aligned Movement and the Organization of Solidarity with the People of Asia, Africa and Latin America defined neo-colonialism as the primary, collective enemy of the economies and cultures of their respective countries. Moreover, neo-colonialism was integrated to the national-liberation ideologies of Marxist guerrilla armies. During the 1970s, in the Portuguese African colonies of Mozambique and Angola, upon assuming government power, the Liberation Front of Mozambique (FRELIMO, Frente de Libertação de Moçambique) and the People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola — Labour Party (MPLA, Movimento Popular de Libertação de Angola — Partido do Trabalho), respectively, established policies to counter neo-colonial agreements with the (former) colonist country.

Neocolonialism (also Neo-colonialism) is the geopolitical practice of using capitalism, business globalization, and cultural imperialism to control a country, in lieu of either direct military control or indirect political control, i.e. imperialism and hegemony.

Nam's Relevance in the Emerging Multipolar World and India
September 1, 2012 Nam

The 16th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) has kick-started at Tehran amid an intense debate about the Movement's relevance after the end of the Cold War and bipolar world. The media and public discourse about the NAM's utility and relevance has intensified in the backdrop of stiff US opposition to the Movement as a whole and questioning Tehran's right to host it in particular.

When you look back at the more than five-decade-old history of the NAM, you will find that the US was always opposed to the Movement which stood in the forefront of the fight against manifestations of neo-colonial and imperial designs of that country. While the former socialist countries lauded the objectives of the Movement and extended moral-political support to it, the US treated it as its foe saying "those who are not with us are against us". :usa: When the NAM stood for political and economic independence of the newly-liberated countries, its member-states across the globe—be it in Asia, Africa or Latin America—were thoroughly destabilised in the most brazen manner, of course with US connivance.

The NAM was conceived as a grouping of countries that did not wish to be aligned with any of the two major military blocs—the NATO and Warsaw Pact—that emerged in the post–War world. People who question the relevance and utility of the NAM should ponder over the justification and relevance of the continuity of the NATO, which was set up to allegedly prevent export of communist revolution, while its rival, the Warsw Pact, has long disappeared from the global scene. The relevance and utility of the NAM is rightly justified by the neo-colonial policies manifested in the form of regime change across continents by the NATO headed by the arrogant sole superpower, the US.

The NATO's unilateral military intervention in Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and now its possible military action against Syria should not leave anybody in doubt that sovereign independent countries would be destabilised further if they do not fall in line with the US policy. If the 20th century would be remembered in history as the century that witnessed national liberation from colonial yoke, the 21st century is fraught with the danger of establishment of neo-colonial rule by the same old colonial powers headed by Britain, France and the US unless they are stopped on their tracks.

The NATO's unilateral military interventions, gunboat diplomacy, blackmail and arms-twisting policies cannot be stopped unless a powerful movement stands up to halt it. The NAM has that potential though it has been weakened over the years. This is precisely the reason why the US is so irritated with the Movement. Washington questioned the right of Tehran to host the NAM Summit, and asked UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon not to attend it. It is commendable that the UN-Secretary General, using his independence of mind, is participating in the Tehran Summit. This is a double slap on the US' face. The Summit is being attended by 35 heads of state and government, and Minister-level delegations from almost 80 countries. The only countries which are absent at the Summit are the US puppet regimes of the Gulf monarchies.

While the rationale of the existence of the NAM was called into question after the end of the bipolar world, many member-states, including India, a founder-member of the Movement, very judiciously argued against disbanding the organisation and pleaded in favour of continuing with the Movement.

The term non-alignment was coined by our first Prime Minister, Pandit Nehru, in his speech in 1954 at the Colombo conference, which became a milestone event toward building the Non-Aligned Movement in subsequent years. Nehru's concept of non-alignment brought this country significant international prestige, particularly among newly independent states, that shared India's concern about military confrontation between the two superpowers and enhanced our position in global affairs. New Delhi effectively used non-alignment to ensure a major role for itself as a leader of the newly independent world in multilateral international bodies such as the UNO and NAM.

Non-alignment presupposes participation in international politics by countries having no bloc affiliation. At the same time it does not mean passive neutrality or equidistance from the military blocs. It is neither a policy of silence for fear of the big brothers nor a policy of isolation from world affairs. But it is rather a strategy to take judicious decisions on all important issues according to one's own independent judgement of right and wrong. In this connection it is worth recalling Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's words at the Seventh NAM Summit held in Delhi in 1983. Mrs Gandhi emphatically said: "Non-alignment is not negative, not neutral; and we cannot risk any shadow on our freedom of judgement and action. We have no quarrel with any group of nations, But we speak out against injustice." India under Indira Gandhi attempted to reassert its prominent role in the NAM by focussing on the relationship between disarmament and economic develop-ment. By addressing the developmental issues of developing countries, Indira Gandhi and her successors exercised a moderating influence on the NAM, by diverting it from some vexed Cold War issues.

♦

Fiftyone years after the NAM's foundation in Belgrade, the world may have survived the spectre of mutually assured destruction of the Cold War period. But in the unipolar world that has since emerged and is led by the sole super-power, the US, what we witness is a grotesque rebirth of neo-colonial wars, aggression, regime changes through use of brute force, destabilisa-tion of sovereign, independent nations, return to arms-twisting, gunboat diplomacy, black-mailing tactics and, ironically, a renewed threat of nuclear war—the very causes of malevolence that had motivated the formation of the NAM in the early 1960s. Neo-colonialism and neo-imperialism, manifest in the brazen interven-tions of the US and its NATO allies, have started hitting the sovereign countries where it hurts the most.

International laws, all benign international organisations, including the UN and its Security Council, have fallen victim to US hegemony and unilateralism. The post-Cold War era has seen more brazen interventions in the internal affairs of sovereign countries than before. And these have happened in the name of humanitarian interference, defence of democracy and human rights. It has seen more wars, more aggressions, more intimidations, more violence than in the bi-polar world of the Cold War era. The NAM may have lost some of its lustre, strength and momentum over the years but certainly not its purpose, goals and relevance. It still remains the largest world body (with 120 members and 17 observers)—the "biggest peace movement" in the global arena, to use Indira Gandhi's words—after the UN General Assembly. It represents nearly 55 per cent of the world's population and two-thirds of the UN body. :thumb: Of course, a new lease of life has to be breathed into the Movement through a strong leadership and a new vision but surely the Movement should not be disbanded or thrown into the dustbin by using the bogey of 'lost relevance and outlived utility'.

The NAM is not just the brainchild of India along with some other states, it stands for principles which India since independence has always espoused and pursued in international affairs: sovereign equality of states, respect for territorial integrity, a just, democratic, equitable world order and progress of the developing countries through accelerated socio-economic development. As a founding member of the NAM India has relentlessly and consistently worked to ensure that the Movement moves forward on the basis of cooperation and constru-ctive engagement rather than confrontation. India's broad approach to the Movement in general and to the Tehran summit in particular should be oriented towards channelling the NAM's energy to concentrate on issues that unite rather than divide its diverse and disparate membership so that the Movement can continue to serve as an effective mechanism for addressing the genuine concerns of the developing countries.

India's foreign policy with non-alignment as its cornerstone, shaped by Jawaharlal Nehru, has been diluted to some extent over the years. India's autonomy in foreign policy-making has been eroded during the last several years, which is reflected in numerous cases starting from our vote in favour of taking Iran's nuke issue to the UNO, the abandonment of the Iran-Pakistan-India gas pipeline project under US pressure to its voting pattern in the UN Security Council on a host of issues. India is tailoring its policy taking the possible US reaction into account and under its close watch. It is sacrificing the cardinal principles of our foreign policy in the name of 'pragmatism and realism'. Our first Prime Minister and the architect of independent India's foreign policy, Jawaharlal Nehru, once spoke with clarity on the issue as far back as in 1946 when he emphatically said: "I am not prepared even as an individual, much less as the Foreign Minister of this country, to give up my right of independent judgement to anybody else in other countries. That is the essence of our policy." India needs to do some introspection on the issue of making independent judgement in matters related to foreign policy articulation without the fear of the big brother or global hegemon.

We should no doubt strengthen our ties with the US. But this should not happen at the cost of our relations with other states, more so at the cost of Iran—our declared strategic partner. We need this strategic partnership with Iran for meeting our energy requirements; for resolving important issues concerning Afghanistan, Pakistan; for getting easy access to Afghanistan, Central Asia and other countries of the CIS and Middle East. We can ill-afford to spoil this strategic partnership for the sake of our relations with some other country, howsoever important it might be. In this connection it is worth mentioning the well-argued document prepared by some eminent foreign policy experts under the title "Non-alignment 2-0: A Foreign and Strategy Policy for India in the Twentyfirst Century". The document rightly stresses that the core objectives non-alignment were to ensure that India did not define its national interests or approach to world politics in terms of ideologies and goals that had been set elsewhere, that India retained maximum strategic autonomy to pursue its own development goals and that India worked to build national power as the foundation for creating a more just and equitable global order. The document further says that our objective should be to enhance India's strategic space and capacity for independent policy-making which will create maximum options for our own internal development. This should be taken note of seriously by our foreign policy-making experts and officials.

The US has been publicly urging India to leave the NAM. In this backdrop it is welcome that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is attending the Tehran NAM Summit, which gives us an opportunity to reassert our position in the Movement and impart new guidelines and a fresh vision as well as renewed momentum to the NAM while reinventing our strategic partnership with Iran.

Nam

Re: India's National Interest. Has India forgotten itself, its Identit

,
Three Steps of Western Democracy:

we first have to address the 'bottom-line" facts behind SU-India alignment, which was then supported by all the NAM members. that is the "Neo-Colonialism", as explained above, which formed the basis of formation of NAM......

many people here are just kids who are often confused with communism and democracy. but they are lost with the bottom-line facts behind NAM, the "Neo-Colonism". sometimes they don't understand that if there is a dispute in Vietnam's area Oil then its not because Chinese communists are not trying for their own pockets and Indian Democratic Champions are trying for Democratic people of whole world..... but, whether communists or democratic, all are trying for the good of their own civilians only ......

I try to explain it in a simple way for the young people, in few points as below:

1st, Developing countries dont want P5s as 'Police' of the world who would keep Nuclear Weapons and do whatever they want to do in World, regardless any right or wrong. as, if a country has nuclear weapons then it can't be attacked but it can do whatever it wants to do with rest of the world. and NAM countries strongly opposed this condition of 'democracy' :shoot:

2nd, US/West want us to accept UN as "World Government" whose every system is a slave of US/West itself. P5s, the winners of WW2, want to keep Veto Power to block/stop any movement of UN, whenever P5s want. mean they have the Supreme Status in UN and then they want rest of the world to follow UN????? sorry, we dont want this type of "World Government"

3rd, US/West are right to interfere in the internal matters of other countries, to break it down on cultural level/financial level, under their White/Christian/Western belief, with a sense that they just dont recognize 'State' of a developing country. and with that, they want to buy all the corrupts of developing countries, as obviously poor countries would have high corruption. and then they blame the developing countries itself that they in fact deserve to be 'Ruled', as this is how they are corrupts/wrong etc?????? like how I asked one American member one day, AA on Indian Defence Forum, "do you know anything 'good' about India" and he couldn't answer :tsk:. as, Western Nationals are told only wrong about a developing country like India, poor/corrupts/wrong/high crime rates etc......

and the similar other things which can be read in different articles. we may just go through the concept of Neo-Colonialism, what it means and how it became the basis of NAM...........

'
India needs to learn from Chinese model"

the problem with immature Indians here, if they want to go against fanatic Islam then they find themselves with Western group. and if they want to resist western dominance, then they find themselves moving towards the Islamic Jihadi groups who fight with christian religious Western dominance. while your main ground would be to resist both of that side and put your stand clearly. and on my side, I always keep space for any credible change in society etc also, which may benefit the society as a whole, but first it would prove itself worth/good for the common people, the society......

yesterday i was talking that Indian rulers/diplomats gotto learn from Chinese model. you always have to understand that US/West always trying to give you disadvantage on the different businesses, hiding the facts/truth, and trying to cheat the nation, India. even if IT companies have export orders from west, they pay very high tax and deliver the best projects at a very less cost? India, in fact, suffer Trade Deficit with US+EU. you gotto think to the level that, "no business was ever done to benefit other side and if you down yourself on any issue then it simply means that you want to benefit other side." India just need to stick with the norms of WTO and keep kicking US/West, who want to first give losses to India on different businesses and at the same time they want to involve india in their different wars, which they have mainly organized to solve their 1000s Christian religious issues with Islam. first India won't become an arm of Christianity against Islam and at the same time Indian diplomacy gotto be well prepared to handle those western champions, mainly British and British origins of US/Australia/Canada, who always want some space to give losses to India, on the business side, political side and also doing wrong publicity about India, about indian society as whole.......

if india sell products to US then India buy from them also and in fact India suffer trade deficit from US+EU? and no business was done to benefit other side and if western firms recruit high qualified professionals then they do this after a long process of selection and then they pick only their people of interest, who may develop new techs for them, and inprove the exixsting technologies also. as, why would they bring people from overseas while their own unemployment rate is very high? and in fact, whenever US's president and UK's PM visit India, they mainly beg for jobs in India? and if they want high skilled migration then its in very limited number and to select the best people they may find from India or an indian origin from a foreign institute? India needs to stick with norms of WTO/UN and keep kicking those enemies who just want to destroy your country...........

Indians gotto learn to handle to different sides in different ways. if you talk to a pakistani national then present every aspect in front of him and if you then get to face a US's national then you then have to talk in a different way, considering that side of politics. with always taking care that a western citizen will only serve his nation, whether he/she is an Indian origin or not. an Indian American will only defend his nation and you have to defend your own country you are based in, the India. as, every good and bad of India is concerned with Indian nationals only, regardless what an American Indian say here to defend US/UK/Australia/Canada...............

in short, India needs to learn from Chinese model and get very high growth like China, like how China achieved the highest growth during last 30 years on its geo-political stand, much higher than India.....

see how this pig in India in behalf of his voters :tsk:

Re: India's National Interest. Has India forgotten itself, its Identit

'US foreign policy depends on military machine and oil – not Republicans or Democrats'
22 October, 2012

As Romney and Obama prepare do battle over foreign policy in their third and final debate on Monday night, anti-war activist Brian Becker says viewers shouldn't expect tough questions to be asked – or for foreign policy to change anytime soon.

Whether it's a Republican or Democrat in the White House, one thing will remain consistent. US foreign policy will still be driven by power structures in America – principally the military industrial complex and big oil, Becker told RT.

RT:You're a long-time campaigner against America's foreign military campaigns. Which candidate would be the least warmongering – and how would you predict the winner's policy to pan out?

Brian Becker: I think if we take the debate tonight and the reflective positions of the two candidates and staged it as a theatrical production, we would borrow the words of William Shakespeare and say "It's much ado about nothing." US Foreign Policy, regardless of whether the party in the White House is Republican or Democrat, is consistent. And the consistency is based on central power structures in America that drive US foreign policy – principally the military industrial complex and big oil. And I think we can see and expect that even though the rhetoric will be different tonight than it has been during the campaign, that fundamentally the two candidates represent a foreign policy based on the new empire – the American empire that superseded the British Empire at the close of World War II. And I think that's what we have to look forward to.

RT: Both Obama and Romney will try to highlight their differences on how they see America in the world. But with such similar views on, say, the condemnation of Iran and the support of Israel, how much difference is there really?

BB: Well, I think there's differences in terms of what they're trying to do in terms of positioning themselves for the electorate in these last two weeks. Romney is clearly pitching to the military industrial complex and big oil and some of the big banking backers. Of course that's a question of appealing to power and money so when he talks about Russia being the primary foe of the US, that he seems to be ready to go to war at the drop of a hat against Iran, that he's condemning the Bush administration for creating a weaker America – all of that is a demagoguery designed to appeal to a particular power center in American politics. They may not have most of the votes, but the military industrial complex, big oil, the biggest banks, they of course have outsized influence in terms of the outcome of the election, so that's what Romney is trying to do. He's trying to tell them that even if we're going to cut tens of billions of dollars from social programs in a Romney administration which they intend to do – and they will under Obama too – that nothing will be taken from the military industrial complex. So it's sort of a naked appeal to the forces of militarism which of course are also the forces of big business in America. :usa:

RT: Are there any vital foreign policy issues neither candidate would want to touch during the final debate?

BB: There's something that has to be understood about American politics, because it is an empire – because it is the dominant political and military and economic force in the world – what happens in the world also impacts the American people. So you see Vietnam in the 1960s and 70s was a dominant part of the political consciousness there. During the Iraq invasion, the American people turned against another war in a third world country. Likewise, there is now a majority opinion against Afghanistan. I think the candidates have to be very careful, because while they want to position themselves as the best defenders of the empire :usa:, they also have to recognize that the American people are sick and tired of war after war after war and sick and tired of having the national treasury drained so that tens of thousands – hundreds of thousands – of public sector workers' jobs are lost but the military coffers keep growing and growing. So they're in something of a vice but of course the media in America is so complicit with the media propaganda campaign of the military industrial complex, I don't think we'll have many hard questions asked to either candidate.

Re: India's National Interest. Has India forgotten itself, its Identit

'Anyone stockpiling nuclear weapons is mentally retarded'
09 November, 2012

During a meeting in Indonesia, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejiad said that the era of nuclear deterrence "is over," and nations that stockpile nuclear weapons are "mentally retarded."

**He also reiterated his long-running stance that Iran does not possess nuclear weapons, nor does it seek to build one, as the nation does not need atomic weapons to defend itself.

"The period and era of using nuclear weapons is over. "¦ Nuclear bombs are not anymore helpful and those who are stockpiling nuclear weapons, politically they are backward, and they are mentally retarded," Ahmadinejad said during a democracy forum in Bali, Indonesia.

The Iranian president added that any government or agency was free to inspect Iran's nuclear sites. That statement contradicts Tehran's recent policy of preventing International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) observers from accessing some of its nuclear sites.

The US and its allies have long accused Iran of using its nuclear facilities as a cover for developing atomic weapons, a claim which Tehran has repeatedly denied.

The subject has been an ongoing source of tension between Iran and countries that remain skeptical of its nuclear ambitions – the US and Israel being the most vocal critics.

Israel has hinted at taking military action against Iran's program for some time. Last week, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak said that the country and its allies will have to make a decision on military action against Iran in "eight to ten months."

In September, General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, a senior commander in Iran's Revolutionary Guard, warned that Tehran would strike US bases in the region if Israel attacked Iran.

"We will enter a confrontation with both parties and will definitely be at war with American bases should a war break out," he told Al-Alam TV.

The US has publicly maintained its preference for a diplomatic solution to the tensions, and has imposed multiple rounds of economic sanctions against Iran in the hopes of forcing Tehran to end its nuclear program.

Re: India's National Interest. Has India forgotten itself, its Identit

Helping Wrong Background Western People

few days before I was talking about that certain time when I had to believe that I would make a distance from these Western War Champions, no matter how much I have to abuse them to make them understand that they would talk to only Indian diplomats, politicians about the geo political issues, as its not my duty, its not my job. and as criterion of getting success in life is not education for these people, then obviously only committing different crimes may help them success. and I found they have only wars to discuss, which involves social/political/economical including direct military wars organized by them every year. I found these people have no work other than doing different wars of all types and only that type of person they want who may help them in these wars some way. and they noticed that they always get to know few interesting things about India from me..............

I remembered that I used to have much respect for Mr Sarkozy, that time french president, as I was given information that he was made concerned about me since 2008. and I finally found that friendship with french who were coming to me, was simply means for supporting them in their every war. whether its recent Libya war, any critical geo-political issue like Climate Change talk etc, they always tried to make me supporting French for all the types of wars, including social/political/economical/ direct military etc. having friendship with any of the diplomat of a Western nation simply means for helping them in their wars, they are involved with US including in Afghan. when I came to India this time, few were sent to me, approached me to make me go to Saudi Arabia and with my experience I could clearly understand that regardless my respect sent to Saudi rulers in past, going there for a high paid job would simply bring the same type of circumstances I have been facing till now. that is, support Saudi Arabia against Syria in their war. :tsk:

and my experiences in Australia have clearly advised me that if you dont support Australia in their war then you are against them this way. as when a war is organized, all those who dont support them are called traitors, a simple concept they had put and then to involve me in different types of war politics of all levels..............

in beginning I was careless as we generally talk like normal people but the way they involved front line politicians with the meetings they organize around me in australia, and the time I saw that this Mr Manmohan Singh is always made to do anything I say, which I generally used to say 'good' to show me 'good' in front of Westerns, I then had to believe that I can't just say anything in favor of Western nations for my personal benefits which may harm the nation India in either way. I do remember that when I backed to australia in 2010 in tough circumstances, after just a week visit to India and no one received me in India, I openly supported Super Hornet for M-MRCA deal in australia that time. heavy lobbying was going on by the US's diplomats to get this deal, almost every month they used to put efforts to get this deal, and when I got involved in this talk then it was the first time when I changed my favor from Rafale to Super Hornet. but I got surprised that Mr M.Singh made a statement within a week that his favorite is also Super Hornet for MRCA???? I got wondered that how a PM would decide which aircraft is good for the military and how soon I get response from a top indian politician for any statement I make in australia??????? i was given information since 2008 that I was being listened by the top indian politicians which made me in the position to keep saying good for India, but how did he respond so quickly while there were lobbying by the US's diplomacy for this M-MRCA deal almost every month since 2009?????

I then again changed my support for Rafale since then. as Rafale was a western product, and little expansive but not bad option, with keeping me on the safe side. i was involved in talks about Libya war of 2010-11 for giving my 'social' support for France again. (and whenever they used to organize something around me then it used to involve the whole political system of Australia, with PM and leader of opposition of party also, with putting many indian origins to support or oppose also, the dramas I saw for a long.....) but I was never willing to support french stand on their wars so there was always a question, "why always supporting Russia but France for only outer friendship?" and I responded few times, "when Russians go for war, do they come to me to ask for help? then why you come to me for discussing any type of war, including this MRCA war of US's diplomats??? few times few russians gave me their business cards also to contact them if things go bad but none from Russia ever expected my support for them in their any war. so why Western Nations first organize different wars and try to involve indian rulers through few people like me?????" I even told them few times that, "whoever comes from Russia is very clear with anything he/she stand for, regarding any political issue. while now French have learned from British techniques, that, before involving me in their wars, now they also send French girls first." i found, british/australian friendship do downgrade French mindset also.

its the less about life style but its the more about the things British/Australians organized around me, which made me understand that "this society is finished. there is just no hope for these people and they want only those who may help these people in different wars, social/economical/political/ with direct military organized every year." sending group of 50-60 on the road to keep making horns/shouting etc, while most of these I found hardly class 6th/7th passed and many of them takes drugs also, and except fuuckin women, these aussie can only be part of discussing different war politics only. working for few days and spend on weekends on these free to fcuk women, and then they are sent in behalf of their government to discuss different war politics with me....... and even if i get impressed with few french girls, fcuking any of them simply means for supporting Mr Sarkozy in his wars,.........." :tsk:

the wrong background Western people is more meant to say that if Im brought in this position then its more because these b@stards are 'only' concerned with organizing wars, political/economical/direct military. if Im sitting for few months then its simply means for a loss on career side while these people who were usually sent to me dont even know what the 'career' means for. i came to australia to study from a very high ranked university while these people dont even know what the ranking of institutes means, as they generally take so many breaks even on schooling level that they simply dont know either about education or career type things and these people were sent in behalf of John Howard/Kevin Rudd/Julia Gillard to make noise on the streets and also to discuss politics while using every resource of australia with having a direct involvement from the political people of US/UK/Australia/Canada ............

its neither mean to abuse Western Society nor insulting any certain person but it would always be cleared to the rules of US/UK/Australia, including of Canada/France, that no politics can be discussed if they first send a woman to me. and there can't a reason why my pay scale would vary with my political statements, and these techniques can't make these nations proud in either sense. I was in the position to apply for australian citizenship in early 2008 but I wasn't willing to do that as my permanent visa was always enough for me to work in australia and I clearly passed my message to that time FS of US, Ms C.Rice, that a person like me can't be citizen of any country. I must not be involved in geo-political issues after being 'trapped' to apply for australian citizenship in late 2008. and with this condition, how will I make any statement if a woman is first sent with a clear words from my boss that my promotion/increase in salary will mainly depend on the 'political' statement I make on any place organized by their government??????

i came to India this time with a decision that I was using my australian passport for the last time, or the second last time. with full communication with the government agencies here that either take me in a Proper Legal Process, or, help me go with russian officials. a month before, including the recent visit of Julia Gillard to India, I first brought an Australian Flag and pissed on it in Open, and then i threw that flag near my toilet to give her a clear message to Ms Gillard that things are gone now . .............. there can't be any talk anymore until Im taken on a proper legal system, and I dont trust CBI also until it is being controlled by MMS, the CBI which always created condition for me in India that I would finally beg for help from the Western rulers. there can't be any personal approach/personal contact by any politician of any country, until Im taken on a proper legal process, or, just let me go to russia. I can't be put on the condition that if I come out of my home then Im always on watch by the government agencies of different nations. and its less about security but more about a threat that if any of them offend with me then it will then be hard to find out who really did that. when I gave my letter on the hands of Russian Ambassador in Sydney, my letter for Mr Putin, I clearly stated that, "if these democratic countries can't take me on a proper legal process then its simply means that they will have to finally kill me one day........"

(with that I have demanded the State of Western Australia as my fair claim for the things happened with me for so long. things happened with me can't bring claim for a certain person, Indian government itself has given billions of dollars to different countries. but as I was migrated under STNI category of western australia and was then bound to live in Perth for at least 2 years which created so many problems for the State of India, and as India has been proved a good country by all aspects, hence the 'Western Australia' would now be handed over to India in front of that world which discussed so many things about India for so long. my fair claims for the things happaned for so long can't be measured in monetory terms and as they did whatever they could out of mine against India, hence, they did whatever they could do with me in that state and finally I got the Land/State of Western Australia. I want that state under control of India, in the same way as China control Hong Kong, I have cleared to Gillard Ministry while her recent visit to India....... )

How to define a wrong person/society?

as per my experience, I told may times while living in Australia that the people who give wrong information, discuss the facts based on lies, bargain personal life/career to solve purpose of wars, bring any person on gun point to bargain him on political issues this way, can be said to be the wrong people/society in either sense. and Western background People do qualify on this criterion with reference of every certain incident occurred during last 6 years around me......

=> Helping Wrong Background Western People

there was a time when there were too many attacks on the International students in Australia in 2009 to 2010, and few where sent to me to discuss, how those under high school passed people were superior to the International students doing master level engineering/ medicines/ business studies this way. and I simply passed my message as below:

"Bluff of Superiority, based on publicity of greatness, without any credibility or proper educational background."

yesterday I discussed that one daye we had an official meeting by Toshiba Motor suppliers and few were sent in behalf of Mr T.Blair and involved me in the talks which were not related to our profession. I always tried to ignore these talks but as he was looking like a senior of team Blair, I told him as below:

"Nothing came from sky and nothing will ever come from sky, and whatever is new today will be old tomorrow and you need those people who may develop new technologies or improve the existing ones. you can't run your industries by the labors you make in your society. YOU ARE MAKING LABORS." (the last line I told him in a very clear way.)

and I made few very bad posts about Britain recently as I wanted to tell them clearly that you want someone from India who may help you get your work done in India, engage India in your different wars in behalf of your White/Christian/Western belief, and then you do need that certain who may help protect your falling country/economy.......

few times I said in a little rude way but very clearly as below:
"your men are labors and women prostitutes and your economy is falling this way. but even if not education but at least your women are trained in group sex/prostitution/Escorts etc since schooling and better keep sending your women to India to earn by prostitution and help British economy this way. and when one of these women get pregnant, make that kid, the Indian Origin future British Prime Minister."
(what message I passed for prince Charles yesterday, even if your young generation taking drugs from beginning, they may hardly be suitable for labor works, the only credibility I saw in your society that your women can well work as pretty good sex workers. the only skill I saw in your society and Im not sure how much will help your falling economy this way.........)

look, things are simple, that Nothing will ever come from sky and you yourself can't run your different industries/medicines/businesses by your own people. and winning wars is also not easy as US is a hollow power and UK is almost nothing. and only a wrong Background person would help you keep your wrong social structure, to maintain life style of wrong background Western People in either way.........

=> Western Pig Class:

I got a very special experience of this certain class of Britain, Australia, US, including of those who were coming from Canada. this certain class work for few days and spend on weekends, no career and no future, working for hardly around $15 to $22/hour jobs, but they are involved in discussing different 'war politics' in behalf of their rulers. (just go to backpakers of Sydney and you will find their 6 bed rooms to be filled with Europeans, mainly British, almost all of them have Steel Cap Boot for construction works, which is little higher paid at around $20 to $22/hour, as compare to the european/british girls working in Cafe's for hardly $16 to $18/hour jobs.) and I find this Western Pig Class having a ratio of around at least 70% in Australia, 80% in Britain and I guess around 70% in US too. this "Pig Class" earn 'only' as much that they may feed themselves, work few days and spending on weekends, living for no career/future progress and are struggling hard to maintain their "Superiority" based on their White/Christian/Western belief, as guided by their media, inspired by wrong publicity of developing nations

(and as handled by their government, this certain Western Pig Class is involved in discussing different 'War Politics' in terms of racial war/religious war/political war/economic war/social war/culture war etc, including the direct military operations continuing by Western Forces in different parts of world right now.....)

one day I said, there might be a time of 90s when professionals were 'happy' while having an unskilled job in western nations but now they may have a better life in India, China, ASEAN, South America etc on the basis of their degrees, they earned from Western nations, which may help them get good professional jobs in their home countries, due to high growth in these countries since 2002, as in case of India. you certainly can't have a better life in Australia while working in KFC, Mc Donalds, 7-11, local factories etc, at hardly $36k to $45k, as compare to doing a professional job in India for 20lacs+ ($40,000+), the normal starting pay for a Master level foreign degree holder person, with a promising future after getting more work experience. while its really hard to get a permanent general labor job in Sydney I saw, a big ratio of people there are on hourly payment only

a labor is 'only' a labor, the certain "Hand to Mouth class", whether its India or Australia/US/UK. but its true that a labor may have a 'decent' life in UK, Australia, US, Canada etc, if he may manage to get 'any' job somehow, while labor class of India isn't in the same position. while now professionals, including small shop honors also, may have a decent life in India with better career progress with more experience

=> for example of major BRIC/E7 economic, India, even if unemployment of India is maintained at 10% for last 20 years, things have been considerably changed while I can't see any real change in Sydney, Perth etc during last 10 years of my stay :disagree:. Indian companies have bought many big brands and have considerable improved their production lines to the standard of western nations, since then. for example, the most advanced manufactured products we see in cities are vehicles, and have a look on the modals of Tata, Mahindra etc, they are now fit in comparison to Western competitors. and the same type of things are seen in other sectors while Indian IT industries have even exceeded performance of western competitors now. that time has gone when these Asian companies were copying technologies, now we would see new technologies coming from Asian tigers.........:russia: :india: :china:

Re: India's National Interest. Has India forgotten itself, its Identit

Dont Push me Too Much

if Im pushed more then Im going to give my contact numbers on the different forums. and if Indian, with other western governments, will push is too much then that time is not far away when I will break down glasses of front of Lucknow Assembly, and then I hope MrA.Yadav will finally have to take me on a proper legal process...... the same I did in Sydney, in the main lounge of UTS on level four, in front of foreign visitors on 25th March 2010, when I took computer and broke down the main glasses with my demand for police......) ..........

its all on the government agencies, to what extent they push me......

Re: India's National Interest. Has India forgotten itself, its Identit

when I gave my letter to Russian Diplomat in mid 2010, my letter for Mr Putin, I clearly mentioned that, "United States of America is nothing but a Rogue Nation.", and I find my experience is very similar to life time experience of Mr Chavez too, as below :ranger:

Hugo Chavez: Never lost for words

In power for 14 years, the late leader of the New Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chavez, has left enough memorable quotes for his successors. Part of his political legacy, some of the phrases showing great wit and sense of humor have made history.

International politics

"No part of the human community can live entirely on its own planet, with its own laws of motion and cut off from the rest of humanity."

"I hereby accuse the North American empire of being the biggest menace to our planet."

"We must confront the privileged elite who have destroyed a large part of the world."

"We're not perfect, but we do have democracy."

"It wouldn't be strange that there had been civilization on Mars, but once capitalism got there it would finish the planet." (2011)
:usa:

"I think we are suffering from political impotence. We need political Viagra." (2006)

Hugo Chavez: Never lost for words — RT News

=> also I have mentioned many times that as per my experience, if you find a snake and a British/American/Australian/Canadian politician/Diplomat, then first kill that politician/diplomat, and later think about the snake......... and again I find my experience with Mr B.Clinton, Mr T.Blair, Mr J.Howard, and Mr G.Bush type people is very similar to the life time experience of Mr Chavez as below :ranger:

Hugo Chavez: Never lost for words

"We've been around for 500 years and never shut up, much less to a monarch. The king is the head of state just like me. The only difference is I've been elected three times with 63 per cent. We are equal as heads of state, be it the leader of the Indian State Evo Morales or King Juan Carlos of Spain." (2007, to the demand of King Juan Carlos I of Spain to be quiet during the XVII Ibero-American Summit in Chile).

"Yesterday the devil came here. Right here. [crosses himself] This place still smells of sulfur." (after getting to the rostrum at the UN General Assembly the day after then-US President George W. Bush in 2006)

"Come here, Mr. Danger, coward, murderer, you're a mass murderer, you're an alcoholic, you're drunk, you're immoral, you are the worst, Mr. Danger, you're a sick, I know it personally"¦You're a fool, Mr. Danger, or to tell you in my bad English - you are a donkey, Mr. George W. Bush"¦ You are the worst I have seen on this planet. God save the world from this threat." (on the US president in 2006).

"Israel criticizes Hitler a lot, so do we, but they've done something very similar, even worse, than what the Nazis did." (visiting Iran in 2006)

"The Holocaust, that is what is happening right now in Gaza"¦The president of Israel at this moment should be taken to the International Criminal Court together with the president of the United States." (2009)

"Fascists are not human. A snake is more human."

Hugo Chavez: Never lost for words — RT News

=> and yes its all about freedom, as below :india:

Hugo Chavez: Never lost for words

"Being rich is bad and inhumane. So condemn the rich." (2005)

"Much of Europe's wealth comes from the mineral riches of the new world, which fed the coffers of the monarchies of Europe." (2007)

"The world has enough for everybody, but some minorities, the descendants of the same people that crucified Christ, and of those that expelled Bolívar from here and in their own way crucified him . . . have taken control of the riches of the world."

"If you get up at three in the morning to go to the bathroom, man, why you have to turn on that little light? Put the torch there on the nightstand." (2009, when announcing more measures to alleviate the energy crisis)

"If I keep quiet, the stones would cry out for the people of Latin America who are willing to be free after 500 years of colonialism."

Re: India's National Interest. Has India forgotten itself, its Identit

"Why are students forced to learn obsolete things. Do corporates have a role in our education curriculum? Those are the kind of structures we need in universities. Universities in a network, have to take input from industries and that is not happening. When I tried to convert my US pilot licence, a text book had section on how to drop mail from planes. How many times do you drop a mail from planes?"

A billion people can solve a problem in a jiffy, says Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Ganshi Himself Can't Qualify For Even a 4th Grade "Peon" Level Position of Indian Government

today I saw Rahul giving an already prepared speech, by his hired professionals he keeps, and I found him very similar to those 80%+ Australians whose first language is English but they aren't even high school passed, considering the fact that he passed his schooling by late 80s when only poor students used not to opt for science in class 12th. and hence, its obvious that having Arts background in class 12th can't help him qualify for even a 'Peon' level 4th grade position of Indian government where only those class 12th pass people qualify in exams who may prove at least a decent grip on the maths/logical questions of class 12th :ranger:

we do know that even management studies is not considered as any professional degree like Engineering/Medical/CA etc, but after having a look on his poor educational background, we again find him not competent enough to pass even economics level degree, as obviously, except his US blessed economics degree in 2004..... (like how he fist couldn't receive his first economics degree from Harvard University, then how exactly he got the same degree from Florida? even the management level degree which can't be studied by a person who couldn't pass maths even in his schools, and finally passed class 12th by Arts background..... as we do know that he faced serious difficulties in passing his BA in Arts degree from different universities, which he changed few times to get a BA degree from an institute somehow....)....... having arts background may hardly help him say that he is a graduate but its very easy for a person like me to say that he can't pass even a single subject of Bachelor of Science studies from 'any' college of India. I mean, the man who is talking about the education system of India as above, a poor student who couldn't have maths type subject in class 12th, won't be able to pass even a single subject of Bachelor of Science studies of India, it beyond his capabilities....

but having passed most of the time in English speaking countries, with keeping professionals who prepare speech for him, can hardly put his in the category of those common Western, mainly Australians I have experience with, who may speak this language, no more than that. ....... today I discussed, how we used to have assignments in our Master of Engineering classes from University of Technology Sydney, for those problems which are easier than the problems we used to solve in our 'close book exams' in India, while doing my BE from a government college of India. UTS is a high ranked Technical Institute of world as its an institute where we worked on the newest projects of our field, while working in one of the most advanced labs of that institute, the newest technologies was discussed there. but we do know that fact that over 90% classes of ours were filled with Asians only, and the technologies these Western Nations have, are not developed by their own people :nono:. I have seen Chinese students having calculator type device on hands to translate words into chinese language in UTS, but they are certainly far more competent than those local students of Australian society, whose 50%+ students of schools takes drugs....... like how I discussed many times that Mr B.Gates is the richest man of the world because of those technologies which were developed by the migrants only. i would even like to claim that if Mr B.Gates says that there is even one technology, which his firm sold, which was developed by an American born person then its more likely that he is lying. even their basic software, Hotmail, was developed by Sabir Bhatia, an Indian........ and we do know, how the Western scientific Awards is awarded to the bosses for the works migrants juniors do.....

this is disaster that this man, Rahul, who can't qualify for even a "Peon Grade" government job of India, is allowed to speak about the education system of India, the country whose people are the highest performing in world. like how I discussed about the GMAT scores one day in my post#23 of the thread as below, where mainly the engineers of world appear...... except having grown up in western nations, and the name Gandhi as title, he may hardly read the speech prepared by his professionals, who work for him :toilet:

As I see it, he churns out another thread overwhelmingly filled with his turgid posts and no productive discussion.

I have told him his time would be better spent on a blog..
