So the lander has heaters, he confirms it

Maybe after the lunar night they'll try to engage the heaters and revive the circuitry

The lander has heaters (resistive) as well as radiators (to reject heat from electronic components).

Because we don't have RHU or RTG technology, former helps to keep electronics warm in the lunar cold while the latter powers it during the lunar night.
