Ye dheere dheere chutiya hota ja rha h, he was fine till some time back but he is sliding down day by day, indulging in unnecessary things which he can't change or ISRO has clearly said that they will not change due to many constraints and media not being their focus area.

Yeah, for quite sometime he is behaving very differently. He thinks ISRO eska hai.
