So this is 2nd time when a shady space startup is detected last time it was EtherealX whose CTO @Moonlander flocked to the this forum to give explanation @DumbPilot
@Vamsi
from the claims EtherealX are making , it does sound sus.

if i remember they were going for spacex style sea launches with reusable rocket or something and no pic of work site or an engine . honestly just seem like a dummy company for self promotion.

According to Kukreti, the company will be delivering the first prototype of its space capsule to Isro within the next 16 months, subsequent to which the capsule would be tested by the space body. “We are developing only the core technology of the capsule itself, and given the vast body of expertise that Isro has in the other parts of a space mission, wouldn’t want to delve into every single aspect of it," he said.

Hope people don't invest their hard earned money just based on their claims..

Pvt. Space industry is still in it's infancy, it requires years of r&d and sustained performance to inspire confidence.

So beware of such companies, in general

Imagine humans still not able to sustain/build habitat on moon and mars is out of question.

Around 1940 people in US imagine that in 21st century people will move to mars. But see still we dont have that technology.

Even claims of EthrealX are nowhere near tall as those of Vyom. It will be interesting to see what they deliver and how soon after ISRO MoU.
I wonder whether isro has some kind of auditing process to check possiblty of fraud
Auditing in PSUs is about your procedures, documentation and consumption/utilisation of resources.
Unless ISRO itself audits the company it's cooperating with it (which I don't know about), don't think there's a way to find out unless the company has full fledged written documents.

MSTAR signs MoU with IN-SPACe for development of all liquid (semi-cryo) small sat LV

IMG_20221212_215956.jpg

MTAR Technologies on Monday said that it has signed a pact with with IN-SPACe India for design and development of a two-stage to low-earth orbit all-liquid small satellite launch vehicle. "MTAR has signed an MoU (memorandum of understanding) with Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre (IN-SPACe) for design and development of a two-stage to low-earth orbit all-liquid small satellite launch vehicle powered by semi cryogenic technology with a payload capacity of 500 kilogram," a company statement said.

"MTAR has consistently embraced innovation to indigenise new technologies for India. Now the company is taking a leap forward to graduate from precision engineering to complete system integration by initiating the development of a two-stage to low-earth orbit all-liquid small satellite launch vehicle project to address a payload of 500 kg in the low-earth orbit. The company has adopted all-liquid route to leverage more than three decades of expertise in manufacturing liquid propulsion engines," said Parvat Srinivas Reddy, managing director of MTAR Technologies Ltd.

UAE's maiden Moon mission has a Chennai connection
Rashid Rover,
the vehicle that will traverse the surface of the Moon, was nearly two years in the making and nearly 90 percent of its components were manufactured by Chennai-based ST Advanced Composites.

AIHIK SUR DECEMBER 16, 2022 / 02:59 PM IST

United Arab Emirates' maiden Moon landing attempt has an Indian connection. The structure of Rashid Rover, the vehicle that will traverse the surface of the Moon has been made by Chennai-based startup ST Advanced Composites.

Devendra Thirunavukarasu, the founder of the eight-year-old company, told Moneycontrol that the structure was developed in Chennai for two years using carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP), magnesium alloy, and aluminium.

On December 11, the rover set course for the Moon, riding aboard a SpaceX rocket in a lander built by Japan's Ispace. It is slated to reach its destination in two months.

Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates Rashid Al Maktoum said on December 15 that Rashid Rover sent its first message to the space centre in Al Khawaneej from a distance of 440,000 kilometres from Earth.
