I have a different opinion here
I can see lack of standardization
Few guys are equipped with bone conducting earphones
Ig 2 guys were wearing different helmet
Few weren't wearing gloves
It seems few didn't have battle belt

But sincerely I loved it atleast a force which takes opsec seriously and pr too

2 team no both can have different equipment as we all know all equipment will take time being standarised give them 1-2 years and they will get there

Any serious armed unit would place operational comfort and loadout according to their role over such pointless things.

Generally standardization of a particular team is necessary and it's made depending on team's requirement and operation which they are gonna perform
U may have different load out depending on ops but it should be same for everyone yeah ofcourse with some change as roles might differ with the particular team but still more or less similar
Anyways a great start by marcos and must be appreciated
Hope other units follow
